An exclusive airing of music tracks
that are being released by major label Carlin Music and had flown over to
Athens with a BBC Team created quite a stir. The film tracks had been penned
by Constantia Brother's Bouzouki impresario and MD with CBM Music, Yaz who is
now listed as one of UK'S Top song writers at BACS. surprise guest Greek
Songbird Leonarda flew over from Athens (A prime example of determination)
and was present at the launch ready to sing an Olympic vocal on top of Yaz's
track the very next day. Rock Band The Cloudminders also showcased their songs, Sing To The Sun and
Tomorrow. The Band was snapped up a couple of years ago by Andreas Yiasimi
after a spate of successful competion wins across East Anglia.
A relentless line of interviews, gigs and visits to major record companies had been arranged. The real work for the boys is just round the corner.
The announcement that Ex detective John Peverill who was struck down with
Parkinson's disease had won the Amber Music Productions Award Of Achievement
for his Song Writing caused great emotion throughout the ballroom. As he
walked up to receive his much deserved award his song "I want To Live Again"
along with another by Mr Peverill called Gentle Kiss," recorded by well-known
local Spider Murphy Duo Ron and Charlotte Sayer left everyone with an
appreciative stunned silence.
Jazz Star Salena Jones had travelled to our Norfolk Studios to
record the song "I Want To Live Again" and has already proved extremely popular with local Radio Play. John is in talks with London Record Labels concerning distribution for this charity record that's aimed to raise much needed cash for this crippling disorder. Amber Music Productions had moved in to give Studio time and any advice needed.

The event ended with a licence to photograph and interview various members
from the array of talent that was present, proving once more Norfolk can
compete with the rest of this dazzling rising talent that makes an important
jigsaw piece to what is our UK'S Entertainment's Industry.
